Taster workshop on Leonardo Festival
This Sunday (October, 27th), you can taste what it is like to be part of the Genetic Choir in a workshop that will be held on the Leonardo Festival in Amsterdam.
Sunday, 13:00 – 14:30 in MuzyQ
– Atlantisplein 1, Amsterdam
Serendipity, defined by the festival as the ‘unsought find (or invention)’, fits like a hand-in-glove with the Genetic Choir. 🙂 What else are we doing than “combining random things intelligently in order to come to new creations”? With the Genetic Choir, even that intelligence lies completely in the sensitivity of the organism, rather than with the genius of one composer (which by the way is a misleading idea anyway of how composing or any inventing process works).
The festival is a colourful program of many viewpoints and activities related to this theme, so check it out!
The Genetic Choir workshop is free if you have a ticket for the festival. The festival is on both Saturday and Sunday (26th+27th of October 2013) and a passepartout for the whole weekend is 15,- Euro. Tickets via http://www.hetoogvanleonardo.nl
